These boots are the first products I've ordered through Amazon other than books. They were every bit as nice as others had written -- classic looking and very comfortable.
Good for..Halloween December 15, 2008 E. Magallon (California) 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
I purchased these for the price and the great reviews they got. I was looking for a tall shaft black leather-look flat boot. I purchased these for $50+ which I was happy about... but I guess it goes to show, you get what you pay for. I was VERY unhappy with the look of these. They are perfect for a Pirate costume on Halloween, but I won't walk out with these on any other day. I returned them the very day I received them.
buttery soft leather, comfortable fit minus 1 star for rumpling December 12, 2008 R. Eye (Maryland)
These boots are true to size and accommodate my calves where other boots don't but I think this may be the downside - the boots don't stay up - they slide down my leg until they looked scrunchy or rumpled. So, I don't mind too much since they feel like high quality leather and are comfortable but the way they look on me is not the way they look in the pix.
Excellent value November 17, 2008 minala (atlanta, ga) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
These are so comfortable + a really good quality. I love the soft leather. The sole is great as well.
Cute but... November 12, 2008 S. Young (Boston, MA USA)
I really liked the boots (despite that it was indeed a bit shiny). The quality of the leather and overall craftsmanship of the boots were more than satisfactory for the price point at which I purchase it. Unfortunately, I suffer from toothpick leg syndrome. Wearing these boots with a skirt or dress was not an option for me. Thus being in the market for a more versatile pair of boots I sadly returned them.
