Great product! Once you put the brightness setting on moonlight, you're good to go for watching up to 13 hours of video. I watched 3 2-hr shows so far on it and it still has some juice.

Enjoyed this product. Bought two. I went on a long trip with a 10 and 3 yr old who like different movies. They both were content for such a long trip. Picture quality was very good and sound was great with headset and good without. Two plugs on each for headsets so when they did want to watch the same movie, they could. I do recommend this product. The shuttle cases (which I reviewed as well) I did not like at all. got a cheaper better product at Walmart.

My parents got me this while I was in the hospital for like 6 months, and it became my best friend! I was able to keep up with my King of the Hill. Then when my XBox360 died recently, so I hooked this up to my TV and was able to watch DVD's on the big screen at home, thanks to the video/audio output. I didn't even know it had a battery! Mine came with the car kit, so battery life isn't an issue, as it came with a car adapter. The only thing I would have liked is if it came with a carrybag, and a remote. Otherwise, I am very happy with my little Panasonic portable DVD player!

I ordered this item several days ago. The page said it was in stock. Well, it's taking them *at least* 7 days just to ship it, so that it's guaranteed I won't get it for our Thanksgiving vacation - for which I bought it. No explanation whatsoever as to why there is such a huge delay on shipping it and no apologies either.

So, if you were thinking of getting one of these for a long drive, make sure you order it at least a month in advance.
