My doctor told me I had plantar fascitis and suggested this for me. After several painful weeks he finally determined that this insert is too wide for me and therefore is not hitting the area as it should in my shoe. It is made for a mans wider feet - not the narrower feet of a woman and there is no way to adjust it. It is well made - but if you have narrow feet it will not work for you.

I ordered the product which showed up promptly, and though I've never used full length Arch Supports before, (These were Dr. Recommended), they seem to he helping the issue at hand, err, foot.

They fit nicely in the shoe and don't take up too much room where it counts.
