My first impression- this is a wide screen viewer, not the 4 x 6 that I thought I was getting. When I connected with my pc, I was shocked to see my firewall spring into action to block a program in the viewer, followed by McAfee deleting a virus from the viewer! ?? After that, the transfer of photos to the viewer went smoothly. I don't know what the program on the viewer was. It was identified as a worm.
Contorls were easy to use, and displaying the 4x6 photos in wide screen format is okay.

I bought this frame as a gift for my parents, and it is really a great deal for the price. It was very easy to set up!

bought this for my parents for Christmas , and they love it . Showed them how to use it once and they picked it right up ,works great and ads something new and interesting to the family room .

The photo frame worked as advertised and was easy to load and update. Pictures were clear and crisp. I was not able to rotate the pictures and save them that way. This was a problem. I do recommmend this photo frame though.

This product is easy to use, load and holds a fair amount of pictures. I haven't figured out how to "expand" my pictures so they fill the frame but I'm sure I'll learn that quickly. I was pleased to give this gift to 3 family members.
