The Timex T71912 Youth digital watch is reliable, durable, and readable in the dark, thanks to the integrated Indiglo night-light, but it's also flat-out fun to wear. It features an easily readable digital display with large, recognizable icons for the chrono, alarm, and timer functions, and a comfortable elastic fabric strap (for better dirt and stain resistance) with camouflage pattern. This watch also offers water resistance to 30 meters (100 feet), 12/24-hour time, durable translucent olive resin case, large function buttons, and Timex's unique Kids Loss Protection Plan. It's recommended for children ages 6 and older. The Indiglo night-light uniformly lights the surface of the watch dial using patented blue electroluminescent lighting technology. It uses less battery power than most other watch illumination systems, enabling your watch battery to last longer. The Night Mode feature allows you to illuminate the Indiglo night-light for 3 seconds with any button press, regardless of the mode or function. Timex understands that kids often lose things, even their most prized possessions, which is why this watch is covered by the Timex Kids Loss Protection Plan. If the watch is lost, Timex will replace it with the same style (or similar if your style is not available) at the price of $10 for up to one year from the original date of purchase, with no questions asked. I bought this for my 8 year old son and he loves it. Because of the elastic band, it's easy for him to put on and take off.

Great watch. My son's friend had this watch and he thought it was cool it could be worn in the pool. Because it's winter, my son wears it in the shower, and even to bed. It lights up, the features are easy to use, the stretchy band is pretty comfortable (but not as much when it's wet!!). My son is 11, and it's a perfect first watch for him.

My son got this watch for his birthday. He really likes it! He thinks the camouflage is cool and says the stretchy band is comfy. He even likes to wear it to bed because he can push the illuminate button and see what time it is in the dark. Fun watch!

Great watch. The band is both adjustable and stretchy so it comfortable and quick to put on. It has an alarm clock so they can know when it is lunch time, etc. It also camaflouges any dirt. Over the last several years my now 3rd grader has lost it twice, and he still wants me to buy this exact watch.

This is the second one I bought for my son. He lost the first one after two years of wearing it. It has been great! The watch was like brand new after 2 years of everyday wear! Great to own for ages 5+.
